1、The auditee’s employment relationships do not cause insecurity for the workers 被审核方（生产商）雇佣关系不会给工人带来不安全感？

2、The auditee engages workers based on recognised and documented employment relationships 被审核方（生产商）基于已认定和记录的雇佣关系与工人订立合约？

3、The auditee provides workers with understandable information before entering into employment 被审核方（生产商）在达成雇佣关系钱为工人提供易于其理解的信息？

4、The auditee does not use employment arrangements in a way that deliberately conflicts with the genuine purpose of the law 被审核方（生产商）未以故意抵触原有法律目的的方式使用雇佣协约？
