2014版BSCI验厂标准条款--不雇佣童工，具体的BSCI审核内容如下：

1、The auditee does not engage in illegal child labour directly or indirectly 被审核方（生产商）未直接或间接与非法童工订立合约？

2、The auditee establishes robust age-verification mechanisms as part of the recruitment process, which may not be in any way degrading or disrespectful to the worker  被审核方（生产商）确立构成雇佣流程的稳健年龄核实机制。该机制不得以任何形式忽视或不尊重工人？

3、The auditee has adequate  policies and procedures in writing, towards protecting children from any kind of exploitation 被审核方（生产商）具备保护儿童免受任何类型剥削的充分书面政策和程序？

4、The auditee has adequate and remedial policies and procedures to provide for further protection in case children are found to be working 被审核方（生产商）具备充分的改善政策和程序，以便在发现童工时提供进一步保护？
