2014版BSCI验厂标准条款--公平报酬，具体的BSCI审核内容如下：

1、The auditee complies with the government’s minimum wage legislation or the industry standard approved through collective bargaining (if applicable) 被审核方（生产商）遵循政府的最低工资法案或者经集体谈判批准的行业标准（如适用）？

2、Wages are paid in a timely manner; regularly and fully in legal tender 工资应按时支付；定期以法定货币全额支付？

3、The level of wages reflects the skills and education of workers 工资水平反映出工人技能和教育情况？

4、The auditee provides sufficient remuneration that allows workers to meet a decent living standard 被审核方（生产商）提供允许工人达到体面生活标准的足够报酬？

5、The auditee provides workers with the social benefits that are legally granted 被审核方（生产商）方为工人提供合法的社会福利？

6、The auditee ensures that deductions from wages are only taken under the conditions and to the extent prescribed by the law 被审核方（生产商）确保仅根据法律条件和规定扣除工资？
