2014版BSCI验厂标准条款--不歧视，具体的BSCI审核内容如下：

1、The auditee takes the necessary measures to avoid or eradicate discrimination in the workplace 被审核方（生产商）采取合适的措施以避免或消除工作场所中的歧视情况？

2、The auditee ensures workers are not disciplined, dismissed or discriminated against because of their complaints against infringements of their rights 被审核方（生产商）确保工人不因其对侵犯他们权利的投诉而受到惩戒、罢免或歧视？

3、The auditee takes the necessary measures so workers are not harassed or disciplined on grounds of discrimination 被审核方（生产商）采取合适的措施，以便工人不因歧视而感到困扰或受到惩戒？
